Refund policy

• Call 734-449-1100 for a return authorization.
  
• Please include the invoice copy with return and ship with cushioning all around the item in the shipping box
• The merchandise must be in the original package in unused condition
• No returns allowed after 10 days
• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking and credit card fee charge if not exchanged for instock merchandise of equal value
• On credit card refunds, credits (within 10 days) will be charged a 5% fee for the cost of the credit or bank card transaction
